Individual Counselling Session

  • We provide individual counselling for individuals who want to start their healing journey.
    You will have the opportunity to talk about your experiences and the impact they have had on your life.
    Mayna will support you to explore your thoughts, feelings, experiences and make the changes you desire.

    Our appointments are available face-to-face/online. Each session is 60 minutes.

  • The cost for individual counselling is $135 per session.

Couple Counselling Session

  • Couple Counselling helps couples to improve their relationship and process any conflicts or problems they may be facing. During couple counselling session, Mayna will support couples to participate in discussions of the conflicts/issues, and work on exercises designed to improve communication and strengthen the relationship.


    At The Embrace Project, all types of relationships are wholeheartedly welcome.

    Appointments are available face-to-face/online. Each session is 60 minutes and 90 minutes with extra cost.

  • The cost for couple counselling is $150 per session (60 minutes) or $225 per session (90 minutes)

Training/Information Session

  • In addition to counselling, Mayna also develops LGBTQIA+ inclusive training for service providers as well as information sessions in relation to working with culturally and linguistically diverse communities.

  • The cost for training/information is $300 per session (60 minutes).

  • The Embrace Project is grounded within the PACFA and AASW Ethical Framework. Everything shared in counselling session will remain confidential. The sharing of information will be done responsibly, and your consent will be gained prior to sharing information with other service providers.

    However, your information may be released without your consent when you are at risk of harming youself or others. The other exception is when information you shared in therapy is subpoenaed by a court of law or required by law.

  • Mayna is required to keep a brief notes between sessions as part of the professional practice. All notes will be kept in a secure location.

  • Mayna participates in ongoing supervision for ethical and professional purposes. Mayna's supervisor also adheres to confidentiality policies. During supervision, Mayna may discuss general information such as age, gender, and certain circumstances related to your issues but your name will not be disclosed.
